    My brothers in Oklahoma, they have been dealing with rolling power outages to combat the cold.

    It is definitely icy. We had a day of freezing rain followed by snow. Plenty of trees & plants damaged as well as power lines downed. Drivers down here aren't accustomed to slippery roads and it shows.
