in Getting Started
Gained 30 pounds in 6 months and now am 360. Good lord....gotta change this. Im missing out on so much life has to offer.

    I have gained 50 pounds in the last year since I had surgery. It's very frustrating cause I feel like I'm miserable and missing out.

    We are missing out.....BUT we can change it ! Im going to try again for the 151st time :) We need to try and stay positive and think about what we put in. You can do it ! :)
