Goal Changes

Does anyone know why they change the calories you eat, etc? My goals all changed automatically and now I can eat 1,900 instead of 1,200 calories. Sounds wierd.

You only have 10 lbs. to lose, so you should be eating way more than 1,200 calories.

Go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided input your stats, and set your goal to .5 lb. per week.
