I woke up after four hours of sleep tonight staaaarving.
So filled myself up with some carb-y goodness. :D

I was just wondering if I was right in putting that on my days calorie intake...
Or since I had calories left I needed for yesterday if I should have added it there.

    If I was planning to go back to sleep then I would probably log the snack on Friday. But there really isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to do it since whether you lose, gain, or maintain weight has more to do with averages than anything else!
