What do you do with your sandwich rounds?

I discovered this wonderful item. 100 calories for whole thing. Besides using as sandwich bread alternative, I have used them to toast to make "pizzas" one type is to add roasted red pepper with fresh mozzarella, another was to make a mexican pizza by spreading fat free refried beans then topping with salsa and melted cheese. Whole meal was 250 cals! Anyone else use these in other ways? I'd love to hear what you do with them.

I love the Italian flavored ones for veggie pizza. Toast them in the oven a little first, top with pizza sauce, as much veggies as I like and a little cheese. Your Mexican one sounds great, I will have to try that. My favorite sandwich is turkey breast with Dijon mustard. I also like them as a breakfast sandwich with a poached egg and chia seeds on top. They make a great bun for turkey burgers too.0
