I'm excited to be a part of my fitness pal. I look forward to the support and guidance in my weight loss journey. I'm probably older than most of you but really want to get some of this weight off me. My name is Marty and I look forward to sharing with all of you and you sharing with me as well... your secrets to losing the weight and keeping it off. What motivates you? I have several medical issues and really need the support and guidance.
