Bryan Kest Power Yoga - Will I burn a decent amount of cals?

I love Bryan Kest, and love his power yoga DVD even more. It's not super-important to me that I burn a good chunk of calories whilst doing it, but I AM curious as to what the rough estimation would be. If it matters, I'm 5'6"/5'7", and 153lbs. I do sweat quite a bit during the workout, and during some of the faster pose transitions, my heart rate does go up a bit (however, I don't specifically monitor it as I don't currently own a HRM). Could I burn, say, 200 calories during this workout, do you think? If not, I'll just go for a quick run afterwards as I've been eating chocolate today and owe it to myself to sweat it out ;)
