Hello and Happy New Year!
I'm looking for some support from anybody that is looking to lose about 40-50lbs.

    I'm baaack, and going to lose and move this year. Question, is a cup of water 8 oz. I drink the 16oz bottled water, so that means 2 cups. is this correct.

    Yes. The more 16oz bottles you drink the better. Flushes the system and helps you feel full.
