Is P90X to difficult for beginners?

    P90X is difficult for everyone! :bigsmile: But it can be modified if you are a beginner. Just know that you don't have to do *every* rep or every exercise when you start out. Tony Horton (creator of P90X) tells you that you just do your best, and forget the rest. :wink: Let me know if you have any questions!

    *I have not used P90x but have checked into it and know someone who has used it. But, the answer is -
    No. You do what you feel "comfortable" with at first and keep up as you can. The trainer even says so in the video.

    There is also a Power 90 workout that isn't as strenuous that you can use for starters (is also much cheaper) to work up to the P90x workouts.
