Here's my story

Two years ago I weighed 214 lbs and wore size 38 pants. I started tracking my diet through MFP and started bicycling about 9 miles a day, six days a week. I found the weight came off quickly, losing about 50 lbs in six months. Along the way I found myself changing wardrobe quite often. Now I weigh 170, wear size 32 pants, and cycle about 20 miles at a time, three days and then rest a day. MFP has changed my life!
In October of last year I was hospitalized for nine days and gained back about 15 lbs. After recovering, I used MFP once again to lose back most of that weight. I'm proud that I can wear everything in my closet! Thank you MFP!

You can tell from the pictures that along the way, my wife lost about 30 lbs also by bicycling with me.0
