Looking to increase my MFP support team

Hey all,
I've been using MFP properly now since September when I decided to change my life, starting with my overweight.
Ive got 2 kids and want to be around long enough to see them grow up.
I started working out (running, abs, and boxing) + with the help of a fitness band (garmin vivofit) and several apps including of course MFP, I've been able to lose 10 kgs in 4 months.
Now I need help. I'm looking to expand my support team on MFP to get me to the final goal of 72kgs and stay there.
