Fit but Fat?

So I get a daily dose from Fitnessmagzine.com full of recipes, tips and workouts. Today was an artical talking about how extra pounds may not be the deciding factor to how FIT you are. I found it a rather interesting read, but i'm interested to see what everyone else thinks about it. I'm not going to paraphrase or copy it as its too long, and if I parapharse it will lose some of the meaning.

Most offensive lineman in the NFL are very fat.
