Hello everyone! My lil sis got me to try out the app for MyFitnessPal as a method of tracking calories. I'm heavy into lifting at the gym, practicing Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I am hoping to use the counter as a way of balancing intake with output. I have a lot of guys at the gym that I rub shoulders with to help keep me motivated.
