new to this site, long time fitness guy....ive never tracked macros before so i got the app and today is day one, pleasantly surprised with the app so far.

    Just started today with counting macros. Goal is to maintain current weight but tone and lean up to reduce body fat%. Currently around 18% body fat and 145 pounds.
