Food Base Information

How can I see how many calories are in an item before I post it to my food diary? Many times I have looked at the data base, found the item and entered it and it isn't the same calories as what is on the package at home. Like Russet Potato. It was 110 calories on my bag, and then I had to click through several entries on the site until one popped up with the right number of calories.

If you're doing it on a computer there's a blue "nutritional info" link when you select the food -
