Hello,
My names Lacy.. I am in Northern California. I've lost over 40lbs with my fitness pal.. Unfortunately that number used to be closer to 50lbs. I work out A LOT.. My trainer says I work out almost too much and that may be why I'm always soooo hungry. She says my metabolism is on overdrive. I do great all day and then I have a tendency to binge at night. I eat very healthy, I just eat too much. I spin for an hour 4 days a week. I do an hour heated power vinyasa yoga 6+ days a week, and I lift heavy 2 days a week. I need to find a happy medium with my working out and my diet. I believe having a friend to report to would help me out a lot. I am 5" tall and about 130 lbs. I have a goal of 115lbs. If you want to be my fitness partner and help me get back on track I would love to be friends.

Add me if you like. I log all of my workouts daily. You might want to cut back on a few of the spin classes or yoga and add in a strength day, just to change it up. Your body might respond well to a change in exercises. Maybe try a different class? You could probably also benefit from a rest day:)

I bulk up really easy so if I lift more I start looking like a body builder. I feel like I need yoga to function through everyday life. I used to be on all kinds of anti depressant drugs and yoga got me off of those drugs and turned me into a more positive person. But I do think I can cut down on the spin classes. I take off Saturdays, which means that I just do yoga that day. Thanks for the reply.. I'd love to be friends.

If you bulk, then you are not in a calorie deficit. You can still lose weight while lifting. I understand about the exercise vs. drugs. Maybe on your off day do an easier version of the yoga?

I am trying to find the balance... which is kind of hard for my manic "go big or go home" personality. Thanks a lot of the advice friend. Where are you from?
