Not there, but getting a "prediabetes" diagnosis has kicked me in the pants and motivated me to do better. My goals is to put off type 2 until my 60s or 70s. About to turn 54 this week. Friend me if you want!0

Not sure if I'm considered a senior citizen, lol. I'm almost 51 and have "cured" my Type2 diabetes with weight loss and exercise. I have been considered T2 in the past and "pre-diabetic". Was gestational 17 years ago and taking insulin at that time. I monitor my BS regularly. Biggest difference is exercise - I have been AMAZED at how doing some light walking when I started would lower my BS significantly. If you need a friend or if I could maybe help in any way I'd be happy to try.0
