Let the games begin

New to MFP after becoming disillusioned with Weight Watchers. Tracked here side by side for two weeks before taking the plunge and found that MFP was just working better for me! Happy to be here! 20 lbs to lose and can use the support from this awesome community (yes,I've been trolling for the last two weeks as well!)

Newly devoted Bikram junkie, circuit girl and Zumba queen (though my 'moves' leave a bit to be desired) Upping the workouts from 6 to 8 hours a week and going high protein low carb with the goal of 20lbs by July 15!!!

Support, advice, encouragment welcome.
