I know others say this, but if I can do it, so can you!!

I started on MFP last year at this time. I faithfully logged my food until November (had to take a holiday break). I was VERY disciplined. It took me about 9 months, but I lost 54 pounds just by tracking my food and logging steps with my Fitbit. Over the holidays I gained back about 7, but I have renewed my commitment and my goal as of 1/1/15. I want to lose a total of 20 pounds to reach my goal weight by Memorial Day.
