trimming the fat

I'm unsure as to how 50% of my diet today and yesterday was fats. How do I cut that down?

    Are you eating a lot of processed items? That could be a big reason why. But as long as you're under your calorie goal it's fine--many people who eat low carb have to eat higher amounts of fat.

    I did. I don't really know what all the numbers mean, or what it should look like.
