Body Fat Breakthrough

Hi all, I'm overweight by about 60 pounds and plan to start the body fat breakthrough plan this Monday. It looks like it will be pretty easy diet wise-I'm not a big eater. The plan involves negative strength training at very slow intervals. (Eg. Push Ups: 30 seconds push up, 30 seconds to go down to the floor and 30 seconds to push back up again. The workout is twice a week, they recommend 128 oz of water daily and a 30 minute walk after dinner each evening. If anyone else is doing this program please add me as a friend! If you haven't heard of this you can find Ellington Darden's books out there! I have a real book and a digital one too! I'm bound and determined to gain some muscle and lost the fat~
