Progressive Vegegreens: Is there a catch?

Hi
I have recently been introduced to progressive vegegreens powder
https://progressivenutritional.com/vegegreens as a supplement to vegetables. Unlike my perception of most supplements, I do not get a gag reflex when I drink it. I won't sip it like i'm drinking baileys but it does not taste bad and I can comfortable drink the one scoop per day.
however it seems too good to be true. one scoop and you get your daily 6-8 serving of vegetables...and you don't gag. Obviously natural is always better and no replacement for supplements....But if I plan to use vegegreen as a supplement i am interested in getting some feedback from people who have used vegegreens...both positive and negative, side effects and benefits.
Please I am seeking feedback from people who have used the product or done credible research and can direct me to those research
Thanks

Well, one of the first things I saw while researching was the cost...$37 on Amazon for 9 ounces of it.
Wouldn't it be more cost effective to buy more vegetables, rather than supplement your veggie intake with a powder?0 -
Hi there; Progressive is actually a pretty decent company, I've recommended their products in the past for my patients (I'm a naturopathic doctor).
The Vegegreens powder is a great addition to your day. I would stress that it is a supplement, therefore not meant to completely replace real food in your diet. It's just a great way to get more antioxidants into your day, but keep aiming to have a minimum of 5-8 servings of vegetables per day, even if you are taking the supplement.0 -
Took me forever to find the ingredients but here they are:0

Hello all
Thank you for the feedback0 -
I have to say that Vegegreens gave me really bad headaches the first few days I took it (I took it in the morning with my breakfast). After day four, the headaches seemed to have stopped though. I'll let you know if I experience any other weird side effects!0
