My sister Jeannie encouraged me to sign up for My Fitness Pal. I discovered that I had the app already (for about 4 months already), but that I hadn't used it! So, I updated my profile, entered my stats, and started entering food for today. Hopefully, I'm off to a good start and I'll be able to find the skinny me.
