Hi, I am also looking for some support and motivation. I have used the app before. Last time I managed to gain 30lbs through gym workouts and meal plans made up by a trainer I had. The app was fantastic to seeing how much I was eating and why types of foods as well. The gains were over the year (2013). unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes and I have now been out of the gym for a whole year! (Basically all of 2014).
I am looking to get back to the shape and rebuild the muscle that has been lost.
First time around the motivation I had was great, just don't know why this time seems to feel harder - maybe im a bit afraid lol0 -
