Hi, I am in UK and have been using the site for almost 2 years now. Yes it is a very international site, but don't think it matters where you live - just that we all have one goal in mind to lose weight to help us be healthier and fitter (and happier in my case!!)

I'm from UK!! Feel free to add me anyone! I'm in a weird situation as I actually lost weight over Xmas because I stopped doing my normal training regime!! I have gained inches though.. So now my challenge is to reduce waist size! Not all tha bothered by the scales!

Well this is the relief, except for Emma who said she lost weight over xmas, I think it is fair to say that most of us hate her :-) ... Nothing against our American comrades, but they do speak another language at times, even though they speak English.

I'm from the UK :-) I think it is great it is so international. I just get a bit confused when people are posting their weights in different units. Also a shame when the US people reccomend a certain food or something and us Brits can't get it over here.
