Good morning
I have just synced my flex with fitness pal more by accident than anything as I don't know much about computers etc. I will no doubt need a lot of help and advice and look forward to hearing from the more tolerant amongst you as I try patience

    I am just trying to figure out how to upload my photo!...anyways....I got a flex fitbit too. Not all that impressed....I am more impressed by my fitness pal!
