Hiya all,
It's time for a healthier me and I would love some friends to help me get there! It would be great to get some ideas on how to stay motivated.
My first goal for the year is to eat clean at least 80% of the time.
I hope to start lifting heavy and getting stronger and leaner as well.
I currently weigh 68 kilos after the Christmas and New year binge but I hope to lose 10 kilos, but as I am hoping to get back into lifting heavy it's not as much about the weight as being toned and healthy.
If you have similar ideals to me I would love the support so add me,
