Creating the best version of myself!

Hi all, I'm a 24 y/o mother of two from Norwich (UK) and part time Health Advisor, just generally looking to lose a few pounds to get to my goal weight/dress size, and get fit, toned and healthy!
I'm 5ft 4, currently sitting at 140lbs and I'm a UK size 10, which I know isn't 'big' by any means, but I'd really love to get to maybe 120-125lbs and get back to a UK size 8.
