what kind of food to consume.

Hi guys , can anybody help me on what kind of Indian foods helps me to consume about 3000 calories per day.Preferably Indian foods.

    As you have not filled out your profile or opened your diary it is hard to advise you.
    Basically, if you are falling short on your calories, eat cream or coconut curries with fattier cuts of meat. Malai wali mughi, shahjahani mughi, dum gosht, do piaza, are a few that come to mind.
    Also adding nan and a few samosa or pakora will up your calories.
    I notice you are a quite young male. Are you cooking for yourself? Are you living in India or in another country?
    A little more information about yourself may help you get more constructive replies.
