Insanity modifications

Just curious what other people are doing. I'm in Month 2 Week 2, and I can't yet do Level 3 drills (can't do pushups that fast), Power Pushups, and the side-to-side on your hands thing in the warmup. This is due in part to lack of upper body/core strength but also I have wrist issues. I usually end up doing a combination of regular pushups, knee pushups, and some sort of lower body combination. Or I'll do my best at a slower pace.

Anybody else have similar issues? What do you do?

    I modify a lot of the program. I really like that Shaun T tells you to focus on YOUR heart rate, and that if you can't go as fast but your heart rate is still up then keep trying! I too struggle with the upper body stuff. I also don't jump as high when jumping is involved because I have a bad knee.

    I just finished the 60 days :) absolutely couldnt do power push ups lol doubt ill ever be able to. I just did regular ones, and I couldnt do side suicides either for some reason :P
