I am 27 years old, am 5 ft 5 in and weigh 250 pounds. I am very confused as to what amount of calories to intake and how often to recalculate. I have gone to Scooby's Workshop website and it says that my TDEE is 2299 (sedentary). If I want to loose at least 2 pounds a day, should I just create a deficit of 1000 calories from exercise? If I do this then I should be eating me TDEE calories because the exercise will create the deficit correct? Or should I be reducing my calorie intake and also creating a deficit from exercise? I am very confused and want to make sure im not overdoing it and damage my metabolism in the process. I appreciate any help in advance
