Food and Weight Loss Paradox

Eating is such a paradox to me. We eat to fuel our bodies but does that mean we shouldn't enjoy what we eat too? I see people eating the same thing everyday because they know it will help them lose weight and it's usually boring flavor lacking foods. Is this what food as come to? That flavor only lies in butter, oils and bad fats? They're sooooo many things that add flavor to food... herbs, spices, good fats like avocado. Idk I just can't eat boring food. Eating should be a experience, not some mundane thing that you have to do everyday. What do you guys think?

There is no reason to eat boring food. There is also no need to cut out fats - we need dietary fat in our diets. I cook with real butter, olive oil, bacon fat....whatever.

All that matters for weight loss is a calorie deficit. Eat what you like, just less of it.
