Carb, Protien, and Fat ratio...

I really want my weightloss journey to work this time, but something that has always confused me is that carb protien and fat ratios.. I am 5'1 and 148 lbs woman, what should my carb, protiens and fats be set at? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They can be whatever you want. If you don't have body composition or endurance goals then just set them to your satiety and sanity preferences. If you do have body composition goals then eat at least 0.82x your total weight (e.g. 148 x 0.82 = 121g of protein) of protein, but you may need more - I lose more lean mass eating only that, but YMMV. If you have endurance goals then prioritize your carbs, I believe it's around 2-3x your weight in grams (e.g. 296g). Fats are recommended at 0.3 x your total weight as a minimum, but eat however much you want.0
