Hi! I logged religiously for 6 months, lost 9kg and then took December off logging, just for a break. Lost a lot of my MFP friends as I wasn't active. Back now to lose my last 2 or 3 kg and so looking for motivational support to get me there! I will be logging every day and I try to do some activity every day, even just walking.
I'm a runner and love it, but have to do yoga and pilates to keep me running, as I have a prolapsed disc in my back.

Looking forward to helping some others on their journey too.
