    At this very moment, I want people to stop trying to push their diets on others. You're vegan and that'd great for you. I don't doubt that you feel better. Do you think you're going to get a Nobel Peace Prize or something? Do you think animals will begin to worship you and you will suddenly be able to speak to them? I eat meat, dairy and eggs. I eat sugar (gasp!) and I lose weight. I don't get sick. I sleep well. My stress is minimal. Do you know why? Because I take care of my body and have the unhealthy stuff in moderation. Just because it comes from an animal doesn't mean it is bad for you. I want to understand why vegans think they're so high and mighty.
