    Patches, did like a 10 week course. It was strangely easy, not sure why cos I smoked for over 20 years!

    Hmmm, I think it's that old thing about being "ready", it was good that I wanted to exercise more so that helped me stay on track

    Oh Mrs boo, at first I cut down with them then the pharmacy suggested I have gum as well and it totally worked!
