Do you guys like chilli spicy? Last batch I used 4 jalapeños. Nice zip to it. You can also make it thick and pour it over nachos and top with cheese and sour cream

I can make it both ways. Also you bake chicken till cooked then cube and fry in Frank's hot sauce. They put that sh@t on everything. Then in a 9 inch casserole dish spread one package cream cheese softened at room temp. Put spicy chicken on top. Cover with shredded cheddar and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve hot with nachos. Food porn for the Super Bowl. I need Pinot Noir.

It is delicious but of course terrible for you. Only make it 2-3 times a year. Melt a stick of butter with crushed sleeve of ritz crackers and tablespoon of poppy seeds. Cook until browned. Set aside. Cook chicken and cube. Mix can of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cooked chicken cubed and pour into casserole dish. Cover with buttered poppyseed cracker mix and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Prepare white rice separately. Spoon chicken mix over rice on plate. Chicken crack.
