Crossfit - Fight Gone Bad - any advice?

Next crossfit workout is the "graduation" from on-ramp, Fight Gone Bad:
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
Any advice for this workout?

It's 1 minute intervals, correct? Convince yourself that you can do ANYTHING for one minute and then KILL IT!
...or, maybe just don't do it, since you're likely to become hopelessly addicted to CF (if you aren't already) and hurt yourself.0 -

Don't ever Crossfit. You'll hurt yourself and become addicted. In addition to the amenorrhea and death already mentioned.

Slow and Steady pace.... just keep pushing and keep at it. You may find yourself at a point where you honestly have nothing left.... if you can't finish, you can't... but keep track of the results of the workout so next time it comes up, you can see how much you have improved.0

Ha, no seriously, it's only a minute per round, so just go as hard as you can, max effort. Then try to increase your reps each round. You got this!0 -

- Get a friend
- Hand said friend a baseball bat
- Have friend beat you with said bat

Since it's timed, I'll definitely finish...even if the score for some of the stations is zero*, I'll still finish.

^this is a true story that will very likely...nay, will *certainly* happen...often...when I leave the relative safety of the on-ramp class and join the "real" classes. Not only will some of the women there score higher than me, some of them will likely do it while using heavier weights too.

I promise not to post every crossfit workout to the general forums, but just to close the loop on this one:
3 rounds of 1 min each station: 20# ball (rx), 53# sumo high pull, 24" box jump (rx), 53# push press, row for cal = 241.
Day. Um.
90s, 60s, 70s. Hit serious wall in round 2. Claustrophobic panic level stuff.
Glad that's over. Can't wait to do it again.0
