Hi my name is Annie and I am 65. I need to lose about 20 pounds as weight seems to creep on over the years and now is the time to do something about it. The trouble is that it gets harder as you get older.

Hello Annie,
I'm 66 and need to lose around 15Lbs. I have been using MFP since Christmas when I received a Vivosmart Fitness tracker. I mostly walk or ride a bike for exercise and am learning to eat more healthy. This has been a big learning curve to get the right nutrition, calories, and exercise and lose weight. I need good suggestions on recipes that work with preparing for other people...mainly my husband...I have not weighed myself to see if I have lost but will at 2 weeks.
