I usually snack at night but is mostly cheerios with fat free milk or fruits but i want other options i want to do any bars or when u have a sweet tooth for something sweet

Mix nuts or just pistachios the are excellent for you. They are a good source of protein.0

I love apples and Justin's maple almond butter. Sweet and has protein and fiber to keep me full. The almond butter I buy comes in single serve packets so I know I'm not over doing the portion. Justin's also does a chocolate hazelnut butter that is super tasty if you like chocolate.0
