Here I go again!

I love MFP but have never been able to stick to it. Once I overeat I stop posting. I am bound and determine to make it a week without going over my calories. This is my first goal, small but I have not been able to do this. Wish me luck!!

    Welcome back! I just started posting again too after a long hiatus. Can I suggest a second goal for this first week? Post everyday, whether you make your calorie goal or not. By posting on the days you go over, you'll get valuable information about what times of the day or what kinds of foods are most difficult for you.

    See if you can push through those days you overeat and just log everything. It can help because you can then learn your habits and what might be causing the overeating.

    Then we move on from there and healthier habits are made. :) Welcome!

    Thanks for the encouragement! I am going to post everything I put into my mouth for the week, hitting my goal or not. You are right, it will help me see where I am struggling. This is going to be a long road but I'd rather be on this road than any other. Thanks for the advice!
