Been doing my fitness pal for 105 days! Lost 17 lbs.and have kept it off by going to gym and no diet pills!and counting carbs! It works

    Me too!!its a slower progress when u do it natural but it's a longer lasting better result .I like how strangers up lift people and keep them motivated. Good luck :())
