Is there a way to use this site to plan food and then record what you actually ate? Can't seem to figure out how with the food tab. Also I'm looking for some good recipes for juicing. I plan to go on a one week juice cleansing.

You mean pre log your meals? Of course you can do that. Plan ahead the day before or more if you know what you plan to have and then edit as you go where necessary.
I pre log at the start of every day as I know what I'll be eating. I often change things during the day if need be. It's easy

Each night, I pre-log for the next day. I'll often change what I've planned if I'm craving something different or get too busy to cook what I had pre-logged. I find that pre-logging really helps me stay on track. When I don't have a plan in place, it's very easy to grab something that's less healthy or eat too much of something. When I have a plan in place, I find that I eat more healthfully and do a better job meeting my caloric as well as macro and micro nutrient needs.

Yes, it's called pre-logging. NO on the juicing.

You may quickly lose weight but you will be weaker, most of that will be water weight which will come right back on, and you're just delaying your learning curve for eating right.

A juicing cleanse is unnecessary, ineffective, and unhealthy. For some people, doing it spurs them on to better eating afterward but that is pretty much solely placebo effect and not usually long lasting. Many people report being ravenously hungry which leads to over eating when giving up the artificial regimen.

Removing the fiber, etc., from foods through juicing removes important nutrients, done long enough can wash out beneficial gut flora, and does not "remove toxins." It can be a VLCD, (very low calorie diet) but that should ONLY be done under the close supervision of a physician with appropriate nutritional supplements. People have died from 30-day juice cleanses. A one-week cleanse is unlikely to kill you but it is not to be undertaken lightly and NOT good for you or your long term goals.
