I've been on MFP for 6 weeks, working out on my own to youtube videos, and one of my friends suggested the 12 weeks challenge that helped her stay motivated last year during her 50 lbs weight loss (which she maintains). I don't take any supplements (nor I plan to) and don't have an option of consistently jogging or going to the gym, but having a program to follow at home sounds like a good idea. Anyone else here is doing it?
