If my calories burned drops me below my daily goal of 1200, and I dont eat those calories will it put my body into the very unhealthy "starvation mode" My typical work out burns 500 calories. Which would drop me down to 700 cal( in ratio) to what I've burned. I work out about 4 days a week.

According to your profile you have 12 lbs. to lose. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week—which is way more than 1,200 calories: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided

Your calorie goal already has your deficit built in, so you must eat back at least 50% of your exercise calories.

The less you have to lose, the more slowly it comes off. That's just the way the human body works. Undereating will not get you to your goal any quicker.

Undereating greatly increases your odds of bingeing.

Food is fuel, and we should all be looking for the maximum number of calories at which we lose weight—never the minimum.
