I want to start a juicing diet after Christmas with my nutri bullet.
Does anyone have any advice on what/when/how much to drink throughout the day?
Has anyone done it and have good results?
Any information is greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by juicing diet? Logging your food and staying in you calories goal is what brings success. I use my bullet daily, usually for breakfast. But I didn't start losing weight until I started counting calories.0

juicing is extracting juice from produce, leaving fibre out of the mix and not adding water. a nutribullet WILL NOT juice.
a nutribullet makes green smoothies. fibre is intact, water is added. my husband loves them, i prefer juicing. we both use them as ways to add produce to our diet, not to lose weight per se. following caloric guidelines of MFP is what makes me lose weight, not the juicing.
warning: juicing too much fruit, or blending too much fruit without protein, fat, and fibre, will make your blood sugar spike.0 -
I think juice is a great way to get large amounts of micronutrients in, but it doesn't really seem like good way to lose weight. You'd be much better off to just eat the fruit and veggies whole, because at least that way you will feel full. If you want to add juice, go for it, but make sure you are not going over your calorie goal.0

Nutribullet Banana and Kale Smoothie:
1 banana
2 large handfuls kale
1.5 cups almond milk (refrigerated so it is cold)

Is there not a lot of sugar in that though?
The worry I have with using juicers is that too much fruit is used and causes insulin spikes0 -

Nutribullet isn't a juicer, so you are getting all the fiber too.0 -
I use my Magic Bullet every morning to blend my morning shakes (almond milk, frozen/fresh fruit/Hemp Powder/Whey Protein Conc. Powder/Whey Isolate)
Thrice a month I will use my Breville for juicing (usually a mix of fruit and veggies), and I will mix in the 100% Whey Protein Isolate on the days that I lift0
