Hey guys I'm trying to lose 70+ pounds this year. I've so far cut out buying food like fast food and soda. I'm mainly trying to get in protein and eat less calories. I'm on my 2nd day and today has been amazing. I've decided to meet friends also while I'm at it. I think myfitnesspal is great because it just connects everyone with the same mindset as me. Thanks for having me and I'm really glad to be here!

I'm right there with you; just started 1-3-14 so hang in there. I used myfitnesspal faithfully for about 2 years and it was so helpful with keeping me on track and accountable with both my diet and exercise. Always good to have the buddy system too.0
