hello everyone this is the first forum group thing i join. I am joining because its always difficult for me to stay motivated to exercise. sometimes i feel like i am going to the gym because i am committed but i am not feeling the drive to improve myself so i sack sometimes. I live in miami fl and there are a lot of distractions here but i do my best to stay focused. Id like to help motivate others and share tips and info on turning a workout from a mundane routine to something fun and enjoyable.
