Self-Esteem and Weight Loss

Hi all. Last year was the first year that I haven't gained weight in the last few years. I actually lost. I lost around 30lbs. I am receiving a great amount of compliments which rocks but I notice that I still have the low self-esteem and fear of being fat. I look at at the mirror all the time, don't have a scale at home because I would weight myself constantly, and just have a hard time believing that I'm a good looking dude because all I see is weight. Anyone else deal with this? I DO see a counselor just trying to add some friends to journey. So yeah, if you can relate or just want to offer some enouragement feel free to add me. Thanks and have a great new year!! Hope you achieve all of your goals!

I personally think that having a low self esteem got me into weight trouble to begin with . One reason that I want to lose weight is to feel healthier and stronger-I think having a higher self esteem is something that many ppl struggle with. Keep it up! You are doing a great job!0
