Trying to lose baby weight and everything i do just makes me gain more. Any advice???

Aside from the normal eat less and move more, breast feeding if you are able will help your stomach deflate faster and release some stored fat into the baby milk to aid in brain development. That's what the doctor said anyway, and it seemed to work well for the wife. Even after she weaned our son off, she still used a pump for quite a while and just put into bottles or the freezer. As far as real advice, calculate your BMR, and reduce your calories with diet and/or exercise by 500-1000 to lose 1-2lbs/week. Good luck!0

how long after birth are you? it takes a while before it will start coming off, give yourself some slack. Most people I know gained some weight post baby...0
